"By letting go of societal expectations and returning to our natural, unadorned state, we can find peace in simply being, like a crooked tree that thrives in its own unique way"

I'm sure my wife will love this article lol. She only listens to the audio versions in the podcast and I just posted it a few minutes ago. I kinda warned her this was all about her outlook on puzzles hehe!

Yes, it took me a long time, too long, to really feel comfortable in my body. Perhaps it's something we can't get until we are middle aged and slowing falling apart! :)

When I realized that I had been rejecting myself in favor of an idea of who I thought I should be, everything shifted. Seeing that there was no one else I could possibly be, I settled into who I was. It was coming home. Thank you for this piece 🙏❤️

You're welcome! I, too, had to find myself later in life. Maybe it was just my time to have a midlife awakening. I do feel more grounded now, though, and that's certainly for the best. I have a good foundation of my self worth, skills, and how I can put those to use for others. Thank you so much for reading and for the wonderful comment!
